CreateCustomerBillType

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/customers/{id}/billtypes	Creates a new bill type entry for this Customer.

**CreateCustomerBillType** Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
Id	path	Guid	Yes	The customer Id.
BillTypeId	body	int	Yes	The billTypeId of the bill type.
BillPriority	body	int	Yes	The bill priority of the bill type.

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json

To embed the response in a jsonp callback, append ?callback=myCallback
