SaveUser

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT	/users/{Id}	updates a user in BootView
POST	/users	adds a user to BootView

**SaveUser** Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
Id	path	Guid	Yes	the GUID user id
HomePageId	body	int	Yes	the Home Page Id

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json

To embed the response in a jsonp callback, append ?callback=myCallback
