ResolveVehicleAlert

Resolve Vehicle Alert (mark inactive). If not found or no permission, throw exception.
ResolveVehicleAlert Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .soap12 suffix or ?format=soap12
