UpdateCustomerTicketSlidingScaleRate

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT	/customers/{customerId}/ticketslidingscalerates/{id}	Updates an exising Ticket Sliding Scale Rates entry for this Customer.

**UpdateCustomerTicketSlidingScaleRate** Parameters:

Id	path	Guid	Yes	The ticket sliding scale rate Id.
StartDate	body	DateTime	Yes	The start date for this ticket sliding scale rate.
EndDate	body	DateTime	No	The end date for this ticket sliding scale rate.
RangeLow	body	int	Yes	The low range for this ticket sliding scale rate.
RangeHigh	body	int	No	The high range for this ticket sliding scale rate.
TicketRate	body	decimal	Yes	The ticket rate.

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
