CreatePaylockPaymentPlan

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/collectionattempts/createpaylockpaymentplan	Creates a PayLock payment plan on a Collection Attempt.

**CreatePaylockPaymentPlan** Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
Id	query	string	Yes	The sticker Id.
CustomerId	query	Guid	Yes	The customer Id for which we want the boot record.
StartDate	query	DateTime	No	The payment plan start date.
CardTokenNumber	query	string	No	The card token number.

**CreateBootRecordResult** Parameters:

CollectionAttemptId	form	Guid	No
