GetTouchNetTicketId

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/payments/touchnetticket	Gets ticket id from touchnet gateway. If not found or no permission, throws exception.

**GetTouchNetTicketId** Parameters:

PaymentGatewayName	body	string	Yes	PaymentGatewayName.
Amount	body	decimal	Yes	The amount being paid.
CollectionAccountId	body	string	Yes	Collection Attempt Id
Name	body	string	No	Payer Name.
Address	body	string	No	Payer Address.
City	body	string	No	Payer City.
State	body	string	No	Payer state.
Zip	body	string	No	Payer zip.
Email	body	bool	No	Payer email.
IsRecurring	body	string	No	If the payment is a recurring payment. Defaults to false

**GetTouchNetTicketIdResult** Parameters:
