The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/bills/{bid}/payments	Get all the payments related to this bill

**GetAllPaymentsAppliedToBill** Parameters:

BId	path	Guid	Yes	The bill id for which we want all the payments.

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
