RefreshCollectionAttemptBills

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT/collectionattempts/{attemptId}/bills/refreshFetch and update bills from our remote partners.
RefreshCollectionAttemptBills Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
